Food Journalist for over 30 years on french TV channels (France2, France3, Canal+, Public Sénat,...) ans french radios (Europe1, RMC, France Inter, Sud Radio). Several culinary books. I have hosted (in french and english aswell) many cooking and pastry competitions over the years, such as: Bocuse d'Or, World Pastry cup, Bakery World Championship and Best Sommelier of the World.
